Sponsor a Child in Pakistan, Change a Future

Support a child’s education or Bible study through steady, caring and safe sponsorship.

What could one person’s steady support mean for a child who’s never had it? When you sponsor a child in Pakistan through ZAWF, you’re helping a real child keep learning, in a community where school can easily slip out of reach. We’ve reached more than 3,000 children so far through education or the Word of God, and our target is 10,000 by 2027. We can’t get there alone, and that’s why we’re asking you.

Two Ways to Sponsor

Education Sponsorship

This supports the everyday things that keep a child in learning: books and supplies, teaching, and adults who notice when a child’s struggling. Poverty often makes small costs feel enormous, so regular support can make a real difference to a family’s choices.

Bible Study Sponsorship

This helps provide Bibles, children’s lessons and caring teachers. Children hear stories of God’s love, pray and sing together, and learn alongside friends. Taking part is always voluntary, and it’s never a condition for receiving food, education or any other help.

How Sponsorship Works

  • Tell us which kind of sponsorship you’d like, by WhatsApp on +92 321 1579108 or at info@zawf.org.
  • We’ll talk through the current needs and what your support would cover.
  • You give monthly, yearly or as a single gift, using the options on our donate page.
  • We send you updates about the work your support is part of.

Why You Won’t See a Catalog of Children

Some organizations let you pick a child from a page of photographs. We don’t. A child’s name, face, school and home shouldn’t be used to attract gifts, and no child should feel they’re competing for attention. So we’ll tell you honestly about the work and the community, while keeping each child’s identity safe. You can read why in our child protection policy.

What Your Support Won’t Do

We’d rather be plain about this. Sponsorship isn’t a payment to a family, and it can’t guarantee a particular outcome for any child. It also doesn’t give a sponsor private contact with a child. These limits keep children safe, and they keep the relationship healthy for everyone.

Who Sponsors a Child?

Individuals, families, Sunday school classes and whole churches can all take part. A class could adopt it as a shared project and pray together. If your church would like a longer relationship, please see our ministry partnerships page.

Your Sponsorship Questions

How much does it cost to sponsor a child?

Costs depend on current needs, so please message us and we’ll give you current figures before you commit to anything.

Can I write to or meet the child?

To protect children, we don’t arrange private contact. If you visit an activity, you’d follow our safeguarding rules like everyone else.

Can I stop sponsoring at any time?

Yes. Just tell us. We’d only ask you to let us know, so we can plan for the children involved.

Do children have to be Christian to receive education support?

No. Education support is based on need and doesn’t depend on religious participation. Bible study is a separate, voluntary activity.

Start With One Child
